This tool is new.  However, it is also a survivor of a fire that ravaged one of my distributor’s warehouses.  The knife was not damaged in the fire, but the outer packaging was discarded. The sheath has some rust on some of the screws and the strap that came with it is melted. Please look at the photos closely. This is priced knowing that things are damaged.
The photos show EXACTLY what you will receive.

Custom Knifemaker Jim Hammond designed this knife with a "no bull" attitude. Having the right tool for the job, and the bonus of a trainer to help hone your skills is mission critical.
To get the full benefit of these edged "tools", you are going to want to take advantage of working with the FE trainer. It is modeled after the FE9 in profile and size. The thermoplastic rubber likeness allows you to go through full physical motions and body maneuvers safely, while still gaining the proper skill level and dexterity wielding a fixed blade knife can require.
This FE7 knife measures 12.50" overall with a 7.38" plain edge blade. The blade steel is O1 tool steel with a G10 handle.
