DESCRIPTION
Sealed package of IBM ServerGuide - marked as "The Fastest Way to Set Up and Configure Your IBM PC Server".  Label on the box bottom states that it is Version 3.1.1 - other numbers on the label are E75241C   0R85   and   P4305349.  Sealed boxed set although there is a small tear in the plastic overcoating on the front lower edge.  Back indicates that you use ServerGuide to help install your copy of a network operating system (which you must provide).  Helping someone who cleaned out a business storage room full of no longer used equipment and related supplies.  These are new in sealed package in the original box as indicated.

POSTAGE
Postage rates are calculated based on the weight of the item when packaged. I do not charge a handling fee.
Package Tracking is included on all packages. It provides online confirmation of delivery process through the Carrier Website (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) and can be used to see the status of a package while in route.
I do offer shipping discounts for multiple purchases when items can be mailed together and are paid for on a consolidated invoice. For Buy It Now purchases, add items to your shopping cart and request updated total.  For Auctions e-mail to request updated invoice.
PAYMENTS
You will receive an automatic invoice through the E-Bay system.  If you have purchased multiple items, please request a consolidated invoice for postage savings.
Payment is due within 3 days of the close of auction.
PACKAGING
I use clean recycled boxes and packing materials when possible because there is no cost to either of us. If you object to this, please request an invoice with an adjustment for new materials.
Items being sent via USPS Priority Mail will be in the USPS provided boxes as long as the item fits.
SHIPPING
Your item will be sent the next non-holiday weekday after payment is received and cleared.
If you need same day shipping, please e-mail to see if I can accommodate.
Look for an e-mail from me confirming purchase of the shipping label and a second confirming that the package was delivered to the post office.
RETURNS
Items that I sell are typically vintage or older and are therefore sold as is. I do allow returns in the case that I have missed something in the description.  You should contact me if a return is necessary.
